Kendra Iam Russomano

Teaches:  Yoga, (Holy Yoga), hot yoga

Kendra Iam Russomano was born into a yoga world.  Her mother taught yoga before Kendra came along and practiced pre-natal yoga.  She continued even after Kendra was born, incorporating newborn Kendra into her poses.

As time past and family emergencies dictated life, the generally holistic and organic Russomano family lost touch with it's earthy roots (no pun intended ;-)  As a result Kendra's health suffered and only mended when holistic or Ayurvedic medicine was applied.  After several potentially life-threatening crises occurred Kendra realized that only through preventative living could she fully enjoy life.
With a change in eating and exercise she stumbled into yoga and met Chaz, who became her mentor and inspiration.  By God's grace and with Chaz's encouragement, Kendra found a path to a more beautiful life.  Teaching yoga brings her not only the physical rewards associated with yoga but a sense of peace. Finally, she has found a way to help people as part of her profession, something she always felt was lacking from any previous job.  Her prayer is that through yoga, others too may find the improved quality of life with which she has been so blessed.
Kendra is in the process of registering with Yoga Alliance.
