PRIVATE YOGA SERVICES

Give yourself (or someone special) the gift of relaxation. Whether you are looking for that special one-on-one attention in your yoga class, yearning for a unique form of complete bodily relaxation, desire to lose weight or want your employees/co-workers to improve their abilities, Sisters Yoga has the answer for you.  All of our instructors are available for private lessons (including our dance instructors). Sessions are approximately one hour in duration.

RATES:

 Services Fee
 1 Yoga Massage Session w/ Maegan (approx. 1 hour) $75
1 Private Yoga class $65

 Package of Sessions:

 
 4 yoga massage sessions ($70/hour) w/ Maegan $280
  •  Each Session is approximately one hour.  Rates apply per session instructed. Students are welcome to split the cost of a private yoga session by inviting a friend or relative.  For example: if two people participate in one class, we will only charge $75, having it $37.50 per person.  Package rates can also be split and are to be paid up front.
  •  Rates for classes taught at offices, schools, etc. vary depending on the number of participants (for instance, a group of 5 people may be charged $15/per person.) Ask us for details regarding this fun way of bringing yoga into your life!

YOGA MASSAGE/YOGA THERAPY

     Are you ready for a complete massage?--mind, body and soul? Different from most massage therapies, yoga massage is conducted on the floor on a cushiony mattress.  Yoga massage incorporates the guiding principles of Yoga and Thai Bodywork. To start our therapeutic session, you will make us aware of any injuries, weaknesses or ailments you may have. We will focus our attention on making you stronger! You will enjoy personalized, deep muscular massage, assisted asanas (poses), energy balancing by walking along your energy (prana) lines with our fingers, fists, elbows or feet, breathing techniques, scalp, feet and facial massage with aromatic oils and a final relaxation similar to what is found in yoga class (savasana). This is instinctual healing, guidance and therapy.  Included in the massage are specific assisted poses (such as supported twists or reclining poses with bolsters, pillows and blankets) that will help eliminate what ails you.

PRIVATE YOGA SESSION

Gain calmness, confidence and flexibility in the comforts of our studio or your own home! We use bolsters, blocks, straps and other yoga props that provide relief for the flexible-challenged.  Learn breathing techniques that can be applied to your every day living. Learn to relax. Feel good! Take advantage of one-on-one attention and learn about your body through yoga. It is time to amaze yourself!

COUPLES MASSAGE/PARTNER YOGA

Refresh, rekindle, rejuvenate, relax with your sweetheart. Learn ways to make each other feel calm by bending, massaging, twisting, and relaxing together. Learn more about your partner by tuning into his/her body. This is a great way to connect or re-connect-- for people who just met, or those married for years.

YOGA FOR WEIGHT LOSS

The first step to losing weight is losing the weight of the world. When we focus on how we feel as opposed to how we look, or how we think we should look,  we take the first steps along the road to looking better.  Practicing yoga is a lifestyle, NOT an aerobics class.  We learn to honor our bodies, serving them, respecting them like houses of worship.  That being said, yoga for weight loss incorporates several aspects: discussing dietary habits and suggesting better ones, discovering and embracing our strengths instead of focusing on our limitations, yoga asanas (poses) specifically designed to target perceived "problem" areas, discussing private issues that may be triggering increases in weight and learning how to conquer such issues, and finally, relaxation techniques that are used to combat daily triggers. Feel good, look better, live great!

OFFICE/PROFESSIONAL YOGA

Attention bosses and/or professionals! Increase your business' productivity by giving the gift of relaxation to your employees or get a group of co-workers together for some fun, laughs and complete bodily rejuvenation. Classes can be held at your office, cafeteria, gymnasium, etc.  Improve your memory, increase your energy, and tackle tasks with confidence! By bringing relaxation and fun to your office setting, we naturally improve the energy of your day to day grind as well as bond with our fellow co-workers. Working becomes more enjoyable as you learn to relax throughout your day. We all must "work;" however yoga shifts the focus from something laborious to something lovingly important. You will also learn simple poses to do at your desk as well as breathing techniques that will fuel you through your day. Ask Yogini Chaz about the details including flexible pricing.
